These folks genuinely believe “the more the merrier!” This modern-day family includes parents, kids, dogs, cats, tortoise, turtles, iguana, chickens, and fish. It was important to them to include the grandparents into the mix, so they decided to add on to their already full home. The dream was to have an accessible living space for the grandparents, ensuite baths for each of the two teenagers, and a fantastic laundry room with storage for their seasonal decorations.

The final result provided the grandparents with a sleek kitchen and bathroom in a mix of dark grays and wood. Each teen now has a space that reflects their individual personalities, the daughter with a soft cozy palette, and the son with his favorite color, orange, standing front and center. The guest bath was updated for a moody feel with contemporary fixtures and retro lighting. And mom got her dream laundry room, complete with folding area, line drying, and so much storage!
