Transparency
We have high expectations for ourselves here at InteriorEcho, which is why we consistently offer our clients transparency regarding our design process. Re-designing is, of course, a ton of fun, but also can be a lot of moving pieces. Trust is important in what we do. We work hard to keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Contractual Agreements: We believe in being open and transparent from the very beginning, starting with exactly how your project will be billed. Our goal is to have everyone on the same page and in agreement from day one so we can work in harmony and meet expectations. In addition, you will have access to all of our working files so you’ll always know what we’re up to!
Timeframe for Your Project: As we noted on our Process Page, we make certain you are clear on the timing for your project. Oftentimes, we break down this timing per your request. As with most projects of this nature, you can never be 100% certain of timing; however, every step of the way we will keep you updated to ensure peace-of-mind.

We assess your home carefully for cues on where and how we can maximize under-utilized spaces, or enhance those overlooked areas. Most importantly, we work closely with you to design a home that inspires you. Because after all, home is where your heart is.
It’s very helpful if you don’t clean up before we get there! We want to design for how you live, not change how you live for a design.

Passion
We are so incredibly fortunate to do work that we are passionate about! We love meeting new clients, digging into their lifestyle, and designing the perfect space for how they live. We stay on top of the latest home technology and design trends by regularly attending trade shows and visiting showrooms and model homes. Our passion for design is a great excuse to travel internationally for inspiration and creativity.

Working on a design and creating a unique space for an equally unique individual is FUN! Michelle’s motto in life is “Be Kind. Have Fun.” She has created a business that puts clients first, and fosters an environment that is professional and fun for vendors and contractors.
